Правильно подобранный дизайн освещения офиса способен создать атмосферу богатства и роскоши. Именно эту игру со светом и сыграло архитектурное бюро MCM Interiors Ltd.. Оно было приглашено для проектирования всех общественных зон нового 25-ти этажного офисного здания.
Дизайн фойе органично сочетается с экстерьером здания. Здесь особенно выделяются большой стеклянный навесной выступ и белые кварцевые полы. Внутри здания посетителей встречают белые полы из мрамора с коррозионностойкими внутренними полосками и темные стены, облицованные мрамором в полоску.

Другим основным объектом интерьера здания является светодиодная акриловая скульптура в главном вестибюле. 242 отделенных светодиодных акриловых стержня протягиваются по всей длине лифтового холла и провожают посетителей в главный вестибюль и далее. Этот многоточечный свет играет с нержавеющей сталью и полированным мрамором, создавая необычные узоры в отражении.

В лифтовом холле 10 экранов телевизоров, расположенных на стенах, демонстрируют видео с произведениями искусства в течение всего дня. А общественные туалеты украшены встроенными интерактивными панелями.

Благодаря кленовой древесине серого цвета, покрытой лаком, кварцевым раковинам и гранитным стенам общественные туалеты и лифтовые холлы выделяются из традиционного интерьера обычных офисных высоток.
